摘 要:教育产出指标作为OECD教育指标体系的重要组成,对成员国和世界其他国家的教育统计、监测和评估产生着重要影响。OECD教育产出指标分别从个人、教育组织和社会三个领域设计、调整和完善指标的具体内容。其指标中的“父母受教育程度对子女学历的影响、受教育程度对就业的影响、受教育水平对个人收益的影响、受教育程度对就业的影响、中等教育毕业率、高等教育毕业率、完成高等教育学生数(率)、成人教育水平、教育的社会效益”等蕴含着丰富的指标内涵和政策意蕴。OECD教育产出指标对我国教育现代化指标设计的启示是:借鉴其设计理念,构建我国教育产出的现代指标框架;借鉴其设计思路,优化我国教育产出指标的体系结构;借鉴其设计内容,增设相关的教育产出指标。As an important component of OECD education index system,education output index has an important impact on the education statistics,monitoring and evaluation of the member countries of the OECD and other countries in the world.The OECD education output indicators are designed,adjusted and improved from the following three dimensions:individuals,educational organizations and society.The indicators concerning such issues as“the impact of parents' education level on their children's academic qualifications;the impact of education level on employment;the impact of education level on personal income;secondary education graduation rate;higher education graduation rate;the number of students completing higher education(rate);adult education level;and social benefits of education”contain rich significance and policy implications.The inspiration of the OECD education output index for the design of China's education modernization index is:using its design concept for reference to build a modern index framework of China's education output;using its design ideas for reference to optimize the structure of China's education output index;and using its design content for reference to add relevant education output indexes.
