摘 要:制备了沥青路面用水性和油性热反射涂料,研究了不同铺装工艺对涂层耐磨性能和抗滑性能的影响。结果表明:油性热反射涂料不适合作为水性热反射涂料的打底材料。单纯使用水性或油性热反射涂料进行铺筑时,涂层的耐磨性能较好。防滑颗粒粒径对涂层的耐磨性能影响较大,颗粒越小,涂料对颗粒的包裹性越好,涂层的耐磨性能就越佳。水性热反射涂料的路用性能不亚于油性热反射涂料。A water-based and an solvent-based thermal reflective coating materials for asphalt pavement were prepared.The effects of different paving technologies on wear resistance and skid resistance of the coatings were studied.The results showed that the solvent-based thermal reflective coating is unsuitable to be used as a primer for the water-based thermal reflective coating.When the water-based and oil-based thermal reflective coating materials are paved individually,the wear resistance of their coatings are good.The size of anti-skid particles has a great impact on wear resistance of the coatings:the smaller the particle size is,the better the embedding of particles in the coating is,and the higher the wear resistance of the coating is.The performance of water-based thermal reflective coating material is comparable to that of solvent-based thermal reflective coating material.
