摘  要:通过半连续溶液聚合制备了E-51环氧树脂/KH-570偶联剂改性水性羟基丙烯酸树脂(EK-war),在EK-war中添加水性氨基树脂cymel-303(固化剂)、颜填料及助剂,得到了一种防腐涂料。讨论了羟基含量,硬软单体质量比,环氧树脂E-51、硅烷偶联剂KH-570和引发剂用量对EK-war性能的影响,以及固化剂用量、颜料体积浓度(PVC)、活性防锈颜料等因素对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,当引发剂用量为单体总量的2.0%,羟基含量为10%,硬软单体质量比2.2∶1.0,E-51用量为10%,KH-570用量4.0%时,制备的EK-war性能最好。EK-war与cymel-303的质量比为5∶1,PVC为35%,三聚磷酸铝和磷酸锌质量比为2.5∶1.0时,制备的水性防腐涂料漆膜的综合性能最佳:附着力1级,铅笔硬度5H,耐冲击性(1 kg)50 cm,耐酸性(5%H2SO4)达312 h,耐碱性(5%NaOH)达258 h,耐盐水性(3%NaCl)达1650 h。An E-51 epoxy/KH-570 coupling agent modified waterborne hydroxyl acrylic resin was synthesized by semi-continuous solution polymerization,and then mixed with waterborne amino resin cymel-303 as curing agent,pigments/fillers,and additives to prepare an anticorrosive paint.The effects of the dosages of initiator,epoxy resin,and coupling agent,as well as the mass ratio of hard monomers to soft monomers,and the content of hydroxyls on the properties of EK-war were studied.The effects of curing agent dosage,pigment volume concentration(PVC),and reactive antirust pigments on coating properties were discussed.The results showed that the EK-war prepared with E-5110wt.%,KH-5704.0wt.%,initiator 2.0wt.%(with respect to the total mass of monomers),at a content of hydroxyls 10%and a mass ratio of 2.2:10 for hard monomers to soft monomers has the best performance.The waterborne anticorrosive coating prepared at a mass ratio of 5:1 for EK-war to cymel-303,PVC 35%,and a mass ratio of 2.5:1.0 for aluminum tripolyphosphate to zinc phosphate had the best comprehensive performance as follows:1-grade adhesion,pencil hardness 5H,failure height of 50 cm for an impact of 1 kg,as well as resistance to acid(5%H2SO4)for 312 h,to alkali(5%NaOH)for 258 h,and to salt water(3%NaCl)for 1650 h.
