无张力疝修补术治疗巨大切口疝患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗巨大切口疝患者的临床疗效。方法选取赤峰市医院2018年1月至2019年3月收治的巨大切口疝患者60例,随机分为对照组、观察组,各30例。对照组患者给予传统开放疝修补术治疗,观察组患者采用无张力疝修补术进行治疗。比较2组患者治疗后并发症发生率、满意率,统计2组患者手术各指标数据进行分析。结果对照组患者并发症发生率为(26.67%),明显高于观察组发生率的(3.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院时间、术中出血量、手术时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率(96.67%)明显高于对照组的(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对巨大切口疝患者采用无张力疝修补术效果临床疗效确切,并发症发生率显著降低,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tension-free hernia repair in patients with giant incisional hernia.Methods A total of 60 patients with giant incisional hernia admitted to Chifeng Hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional open hernia repair,and patients in the observation group were treated with tension-free hernia repair.The complication rate and satisfaction rate of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared,and the data of each operation index of the two groups of patients were analyzed.Results The incidence of complications in the control group(26.67%)was significantly higher than that in the observation group(3.33%)(P<0.05).The hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss,and operation time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(96.67%)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of tension-free hernia repair for patients with giant incisional hernia is definite,and the incidence of complications is significantly reduced.It is worthy of promotion.
