摘 要:采用水合肼/过氧化氢/硼酸氧化还原体系对丁腈橡胶(NBR)进行催化加氢,考察了反相乳液体系加氢反应温度、自由基调节剂种类及用量等因素对NBR加氢度和氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)凝胶含量的影响,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对HNBR进行了表征。结果表明,在反相乳液体系中可进行NBR加氢反应。当反应温度为50~60℃时,在体系中加入最佳亲水性调节剂丙烯酸和疏水性调节剂2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚反应5 h后,可制得加氢度为86%、凝胶质量分数小于5%的HNBR。The hydrogenation of nitrile rubber(NBR)was carried out using an oxidation reduction system comprised of hydrazine hydrate,hydrogen peroxide and boric acid in inverse emulsion system,the effects of reaction temperature,regulator type and regulator amount on hydrogenation degree of NBR and gel content of hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR)were investigated and HNBR was characterized with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that hydrogenation of NBR was successfully accomplished with the hydrophilic and hydrophobic regulator in inverse emulsion system.HNBR was obtained with hydrogenation degree of 86%and mass fraction of gel of less than 5%after the hydrogenation of NBR at 50-60℃for 5 h when the optimal hydrophilic regulator,arylic acid,and the optimal hydrophobic regulator,2,6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol,were used in inverse emulsion system.
