摘  要:采用动态硫化法制备出多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)/热塑性硫化胶(TPV)复合材料。结果表明,MWCNTs/TPV复合材料具有“海岛”相结构,丁基橡胶相以微米级颗粒分散于聚丙烯(PP)相中,MWCNTs则主要分散于PP相及橡塑两相界面。当MWCNTs的质量分数达到渗滤阈值(3%)时可形成MWCNTs网络,致使复合材料的体积电阻率急剧减小,即MWCNTs/TPV复合材料的热电性能均因MWCNTs的存在而得到明显改善。Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)were ideal fillers for making electrically conductive thermoplastic elastomers because of their high dielectric constant and large aspect ratio.MWCNTs/TPV composites based on butyl rubber(IIR)and polypropylene(PP)blends were prepared by adding MWCNTs during the rubber-plastic mixing stage and then dynamically vulcanizing.For binary blended conductive MWCNTs/TPV composites,the different distributions of MWCNTs in the rubber-plastic phases would affect thermo-electric and mechanical properties of the composites.The dispersion state of the filler in the two phases was related to the polymer surface chemical energy(thermodynamic effect)and polymer viscosity(dynamic effect).MWCNTs were more likely to migrate to a low-viscosity PP continuous phase.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmis-sion electron microscope(TEM)photographs in Fig 1 indicated that MWCNTs/TPV composites had a“sea-island”structure.The IIR domains were dispersed in the PP phase as micron particles,and most of the MWCNTs were uniformly dispersed in the PP phase and the rubber-plastic interface.When mass fraction of MWCNTs reached 3%,the dispersed MWCNTs could overlap with each other to form MWCNTs network,which would improve the thermo-electric performance of MWCNTs/TPV composites.
