摘 要:野生蔬菜是一种未经人工栽培的可供食用的蔬菜,西藏地区有着广阔的地域条件,孕育了种类丰富、数量众多的野生蔬菜资源。近些年,随着人们对健康食品的推崇,而野生蔬菜资源的开发利用逐渐快速发展起来。结合西藏野生蔬菜资源的现状,提出了几点开发利用的建议,为进一步有规划地开发利用西藏地区的野生蔬菜资源提供依据。Wild vegetable is a kind of edible vegetable which has not been cultivated artificially.Tibet has a vast geographical condition,which breeds a large number of wild vegetable resources in variety and quantity.In recent years,with the promotion of healthy food,the development and utilization of wild vegetable resources has developed rapidly.Based on the current situation of the wild vegetable resources in Tibet,some suggestions for development and utilization were put forward,so as to provide basis for the further development and utilization of wild vegetable resources in Tibet.
