摘　　要：目的探讨综合医院药物治疗联络护理专业小组的构建与运行方法及效果。方法护理部联合医务部和药学部共同组建药物治疗联络护理专业小组,规范培训内容和培训方法,指导联络护士开展药品管理、给药护理、药物不良反应监测、给药相关护理不良事件管理等工作。结果药物治疗工作质量督查评分由2017年的(97.73±1.95)分提升至2020年的(98.47±1.37)分;药物不良反应上报由2016年的41例次上升至2019年的298例次,严重药物不良反应和药物外渗发生率显著降低(均P<0.01)。结论药物治疗联络护理专业小组的构建和运行有利于综合医院规范药品管理,提高药物治疗工作质量,强化护理人员药物不良反应的上报意识,促进患者安全。Objective To explore the methods and effects of pharmacotherapy liaison nurse service implemented in general hospital.Methods Departments of nursing, medicine, and pharmacy collaborated to form a pharmacotherapy liaison nursing team, standa-rdized training contents and methods, instructed the liaison nurses to carry out drug management, administration, adverse drugreactions(ADRs) monitoring, and management of drug-related nursing adverse events, etc.Results The score of pharmacotherapy quality was increased from 97.73±1.95 in 2017 to 98.47±1.37 in 2020, the number of the ADRs reported by nurses was increased from 41 in 2016 to 298 in 2019, but the incidence of serious drug-related adverse events was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusion The construction and implementation of pharmacotherapy liaison nurse are conducive to standardizing drug ma-nagement in general hospital, enhancing pharmacotherapy quality, strengthening the awareness of reporting ADRs, and ultimately promoting patient safety.
