子痫前期孕妇血清sFlt-1和PLGF及IGF-1的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨子痫前期(PE)孕妇血清可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(sFlt-1)、胎盘生长因子(PLGF)及胰岛素生长因子-1(IGF-1)的相关性。方法:选取确诊的重度和轻度PE孕妇分别作为重度PE组(n=25)和轻度PE组(n=15),同时选取正常妊娠晚期的孕妇作为对照组(n=30);抽取3组孕妇肘静脉血8 mL,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中sFlt-1、PLGF及IGF-1的水平,采用皮尔逊相关系数分析PE孕妇3项指标的相关性。结果:重度和轻度PE组孕妇血清sFlt-1水平分别明显高于对照组、PLGF和IGF-1分别明显低于对照组(P<0.005),且重度PE组孕妇血清sFlt-1明显高于轻度PE组、PLGF和IGF-1明显低于轻度PE组(P<0.005);PE孕妇血清sFlt-1与PLGF、IGF-1呈负相关(r=-0.665,P<0.05;r=-0.730,P<0.05),PLGF与IGF-1呈正相关(r=0.737,P<0.05)。结论:子痫前期患者PE患者血清中sFlt-1、PLGF及IGF-1的表达有明显改变,与疾病严重程度有关,3项指标的水平存在相关性;且PE孕妇血清sFlt-1、PLGF及IGF-1间存在相互作用关系。Objective:To investigate the correlation between soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1(sFlt-1),placental growth factor(PLGF)and insulin growth factor-1(IGF-1)in the serum of preeclampsia pregnant women.Methods:Pregnant women diagnosed with severe and mild PE were grouped into severe PE group(n=25)and mild PE group(n=15)accordingly,and normal pregnant women in late pregnancy into the control group(n=30),and all three groups of pregnant women were drawn 8mL cubital venous blood.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was adopted to measure the levels of sFlt-1,PLGF and IGF-1 in the serum and Pearson correlation coefficient was adopted to analyse the correlation between the three indicators.Results:The levels of sFlt-1 in the serum specimens of pregnant women in the severe and mild groups were much higher than that in the control group,in which the level of sFlt-1 in the serum of severe group was much higher than that in the mild group;the levels of PLGF and IGF-1 were much lower than those in the control group(P<0.005),in which the levels of PLGF and IGF-1 in the severe group was much lower than those in the mild group(P<0.005);sFlt-1 in the serum of PE pregnant women was negatively correlated with PLGF and IGF-1(r=-0.665,P<0.05;r=-0.730,P<0.05),and PLGF was positively correlated with IGF-1(r=0.737,P<0.05).Conclusion:The expressions of sFlt-1,PLGF,and IGF-1 in PE patients changed significantly,which are related to the severity of the disease,and there is a correlation between the levels of the three indicators;there is also correlation between the sFlt-1,PLGF,and IGF-1 in the serum of PE pregnant women.
