摘  要:目的:研究反复呼吸道感染患儿维生素A、D、E水平及免疫功能指标的相关性。方法:48例反复呼吸道感染患儿作为观察组,50例同期健康儿童作为对照组,检测并比较两组血清维生素A、D、E水平以及免疫功能指标(CD+3、CD+4、CD+8、CD+4/CD+8、IgM、IgA、IgG)水平,采用Spearman相关系数分析观察组患儿血清维生素A、D、E水平与免疫功能指标的相关性。结果:观察组血清维生素A、D、E,全血CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8及血清IgM、IgA、IgG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),全血CD+8水平高于对照组(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析结果显示,观察组血清维生素A、D、E水平与全血CD+3、CD+4、CD+4/CD+8及血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、IgA、IgG水平呈正相关(r=0.264,0.357,0.245,0.186,0.149,0.352;0.228,0.301,0.219,0.164,0.113,0.246;0.192,0.304,0.213,0.157,0.151,0.243;P<0.05),与全血CD+8水平呈负相关(r=-0.186,-0.152,-0.165;P<0.05)。结论:反复呼吸道感染患儿的血清维生素A、D、E水平与免疫功能都有明显变化,且两者相关。Objective:To investigate the correlation of the levels of vitamins A,D,E,and immune function indexes in children with recurrent respiratory infections.Methods:Forty-eight children with recurrent respiratory infections were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy children during the same period were used as the control group.The levels of serum vitamins A,D,E and immune function indexes(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,IgM,IgA,and IgG)levels were measured.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the levels of serum vitamins A,D,E and immune function indexes in the observation group.Results:The levels of serum vitamins A,D,E,whole blood CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and serum IgM,IgA,IgG were lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05),while whole blood CD8+level was higher in observation group than that in control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,Spearman correlation analysis demonstrated that the levels of serum vitamins A,D,E were positively associated with the levels of whole blood CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and serum immunoglobulin M(IgM),IgA,IgG levels(r=0.264,0.357,0.245,0.186,0.149,0.352;0.228,0.301,0.219,0.164,0.113,0.246;0.192,0.304,0.213,0.157,0.151,0.243;P<0.05),negatively correlated with whole blood CD8+level(r=-0.186,-0.152,-0.165;P<0.05).Conclusion:There are significant changes in the levels serum vitamins A,D,E,and immune function indexes in children with recurrent respiratory infections.The levels of serum vitamins A,D,and E are associated with immune function indexes.
