摘　　要：我国传统沐浴文化源远流长,在苏轼现存的诗文中,录载了丰富的沐浴文化资料,蕴含了复杂的思想内涵,大凡从日常生活的沐浴洗濯到儒释道不同视角的沐浴养生,从朝廷盛大典礼的沐浴礼仪到民间文化习俗中的沐浴规范,从一般世俗洗浴的身心快适的洗身到精神境界的道德濯磨的洗心,苏轼都有生动的诗意的记载、评说、感悟。从苏轼与沐浴文化角度研味苏轼诗文,可以使我们伴随苏轼的身心沐浴,经历精神上的洗礼。Chinese traditional bath culture has a long history.In Su Dongpo’s extant poems,there are abundant bathing cultural materials,which contain complex ideological connotations.From bathing and washing in daily life to bathing and health preserving from different perspectives of Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism,from bathing apparatus in grand ceremony of imperial court to bathing standard in folk culture and customs,from physical and mental bathing of common customs to physical and mental bathing of common people Su Dongpo has vivid poetic records,comments,and feelings.Studying Su Dongpo’s poems and prose from the perspective of Su Shi and bath culture can make us experience spiritual baptism with Su Dongpo’s body and mind bath.
