摘 要:M公司双闭路联合粉磨系统磨制P·O42.5级水泥,成品比表面积控制指标为(350±15)m^2/kg,系统生产能力只有120 t/h,粉磨电耗高达34 k Wh/t。通过对预粉磨段辊压机挤压做功状况的判定,以及在V型静态气流分级机系统的双旋风收尘器下料管现场取样后的入磨物料细度进行测试,找出辊压机预粉磨系统、静态气流分级机、管磨机存在的影响因素。坚持"磨前处理是关键,磨内磨细是根本,磨后选粉是保证"的原则对系统进行技术改造,系统产量由120 t/h逐步提高至165 t/h左右,增产45 t/h,粉磨电耗降至27.4 k Wh/t。The P-042.5 grade cement is ground by the M company's double closed-circuit combined grinding system.The specific surface area control index of the finished product is(350±15)m2/kg,the system production capacity is only 120 t/h,and the grinding power consumption is as high as 34 kWh/t.The influence factors of the pre-grinding system,static air classifier and tube mill were found out through the determination of the work condition of the pregrinding roller press in the pre-grinding section and the fineness of the material in the in-grinding after the in-situ sampling of the double cyclone dust collector in the V-type static air classifier system.Adhering to the principle of"pre-grinding is the key,grinding in the mill is prime,and system selection is the guarantee'1,the system has been technically transformed,and the system output has been gradually increased from 120 t/h to about 165 t/h,an increase of 45 t/h,the power consumption of grinding is reduced to 27.4 kWh/t.
