摘　　要：本文介绍了大冶有色矿山选矿破碎系统自动化改造,选用西门子S7-300的PLC可编程控制器对生产线工艺流程进行顺序功能控制。矿量与电能采集统计、设备之间的逻辑联锁保护等功能提高了设备效率和安全生产。This paper introduces the automation transformation of beneficiation crushing system in Daye nonferrous mine,PLC of Siemens S7-300 is used to control the process flow of production line.The functions of mining quantity and electric energy collection and statistics,logical interlock protection between equipment and so on,have improved the equipment efficiency and safety production.
