摘　　要：在介绍有关省市提升科技创新能力典型做法及主要成效的基础上,探讨了加快提升山西省科技创新能力对策措施。Based on the introduction of the typical practices and main results of improving the scientific and technological innovation ability of some provinces and cities,the countermeasures for accelerating the improvement of the scientific and technological innovation ability of Shanxi Province are discussed.
