摘　　要：从系统框架设计、系统关键技术支撑、系统功能设计与实现等方面,详细介绍了保定市人工影响天气信息管理系统,指出系统能对人工影响业务管理工作实行模块化管理,多用户、分角色访问不同数据资源,解决了人工影响业务操作规范化,管理标准化、科学化,信息数据化,口径统一化等问题,大大提高了人工影响业务管理工作效率,促进了保定市人工影响业务现代化、规范化、科学化、智能化发展。From the aspects of system framework design,system key technical support,system function design and implementation,this paper introduces weather modification information management system in Baoding city in detail,points out that the system can implement modular management to the weather modification business management,multi-user,multi-role access to different data resources,which solve the problems of business operation standardization,management standardization,scientification and digital information,caliber unification of weather modification,greatly enhances the working efficiency of weather modification business management,promots business modernization,standardization,scientific and intelligent development of weather modification in Baoding City.
