摘　　要：根据模糊理论和层次分析的方法,建立露天场所人员雷电灾害风险评估模型。以龙潭公园为例,选取符合公园特性的准则层和方案层及其参数值,评估公园雷击风险和公园内人员雷击风险,绘制雷击风险区划图,提出有效防御措施。评价结果以地图形式加以表达,反映公园内人员不同区域雷击风险的细微差别,可对公园区域雷击风险有效体现,符合露天场所实际情况。Based on the fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a risk assessment system of lightning disaster in open-air places has been established.Taking Longtan Park as an example,by selecting the rule hierarchy and schematic layer as well as parameter values,which correspond to the characteristics of the park,this paper evaluates the risk caused by the lightning to the park and personnel,draw a lightning risk zoning map,puts forward effective defense measures.In short,the study is worth carrying out.The evaluation results are expressed in the form of maps,reflecting the subtle differences of lightning risk in different areas of the park,which can effectively reflect the lightning risk in the park area,and in line with the actual conditions of open spaces.
