基于ESI数据库的南京医科大学学科发展态势分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]基于ESI数据库分析南京医科大学学科发展态势。[方法/过程]通过ESI数据库检索南京医科大学进入ESI全球前1%的9个学科,对9个学科的国际国内排名、排名百分位、论文数量、被引次数、篇均被引次数、顶尖论文数量等指标进行多家机构对标分析。[结果]南京医科大学的临床医学学科保持全球前1‰,药理学与毒理学学科已接近全球前1‰,生物与生物化学、神经科学与行为、分子生物学与遗传学3个学科在独立医科院校中排名第二,免疫学学科在独立医科院校中排名第四,社会科学总论学科在独立医科院校中排名第三,化学学科在独立医科院校中排名第五,材料科学学科在独立医科院校中排名第六。[结论]应从提高论文质量、加强科研合作、引进高层次人才、健全学科发展体制4个方面来促进南京医科大学学科的发展和建设。[Objective/Significance]Based on ESI database,the development trend of disciplines in Nanjing Medical University was analyzed.[Method/Process]The nine disciplines of Nanjing Medical University which entered the top 1%of ESI in the world were retrieved from ESI database.Through the international and domestic ranking,ranking percentile,number of papers,number of citations,average number of citations,number of top papers and other indicators of nine disciplines,the benchmarking analysis was conducted by multiple institutions.[Result]Nanjing Medical University’s clinical medicine maintains the top 1‰in the world,and pharmacology and toxicology is close to the top 1‰in the world,biology and biochemistry,neuroscience and behavior,molecular biology and genetics ranked second in independent medical colleges,immunology ranked fourth in independent medical colleges,social sciences,general ranked third in independent medical colleges,and chemistry ranked fifth in independent medical colleges,materials science ranked sixth among independent medical colleges.[Conclusion]We can improve the quality of papers,strengthen scientific research cooperation,introduce high-level talents,and improve the discipline development system to promote the discipline development and construction of Nanjing Medical University.
