摘　　要：科技项目经费预算是科技项目管理的重要组成部分,针对山西省科研财政支持情况,分析了山西省科研财政支持方面存在的问题,指出在科技计划指南中明确项目财政支持强度,对提高项目绩效管理水平、减少科研人员项目申报的盲目性、降低自筹经费审计风险,具有重要现实意义。Science and technology project budget is an important part of science and technology project management,according to scientific research and financial support for Shanxi Province,this paper analyzes the problems of financial support for scientific research in Shanxi Province,points out that specific financial support strength in the science and technology plan guide has important practical significance to improve the management level of project performance,reduce the blindness of scientific researchers in project declaration,reduce the self-raised funds audit risk.
