摘　　要：通过统计分析一个地区不同时段科技成果的数量和水平,可以较全面地对这一地区的科技实力做出客观的评估,为领导决策和科研管理提供参考。Through statistical analysis of the quantity and level of scientific and technological achievements in different periods in a region,we can make an objective assessment for the scientific and technological strength of this region in a more comprehensive way,and provide reference for leadership decision-making and scientific research management.
