摘　　要：科技期刊是记载、报道、传播和积累科学信息的重要载体,高素质的青年编辑人才是科技期刊发展的关键力量,肩负着发展科技期刊事业的历史使命,重视培养青年编辑的综合能力,建设一支有实力、懂专业、高效率的人才队伍,尤为重要。探讨了开展科技期刊青年编辑人才队伍建设,加强青年编辑能力培养的对策及思路。Sci-tech periodical is important carrier for recording,reporting,disseminating and accumulating scientific information,high-quality young editing talent is the key strength to develop sci-tech periodical,shoulders the historical mission of developing sci-tech periodical.It is particularly important to build a strong,professional and efficient talent team.This paper probes into the countermeasures and ideas for construction of young edit team and strengthening the training of young editors’ability.
