摘  要:为了分别对PMNT和PZT-4作为驱动材料的换能器性能进行分析,综合考虑换能器结构特点,选定夹心式纵向振动换能器为分析的基本结构。利用有限元分析软件构建夹心式换能器的有限元模型并进行机电特性分析。通过分析该结构分别使用PMNT和PZT-4材料时的前5阶振动模态及位移分布,从而确定换能器的谐振频率,分别对两种材料的换能器施加一定的电压激励分析其谐响应特性。对比发现夹心式PMNT换能器相比于PZT-4换能器降低了谐振频率并且发送电压响应有所提升。In order to analyze the performance of the transducer with PMNT and PZT-4 as driving materials respectively,the sandwich longitudinal vibration transducer is selected as the basic structure of this paper.The finite element model of the sandwich transducer is built by using the finite element analysis software and the mechanical and electrical characteristics are analyzed.By analyzing the first five vibration modes and displacement distribution of the structure when PMNT and PZT-4 materials are used respectively,the resonant frequency of the transducer is determined,and the harmonic response characteristics of the transducer of the two materials are analyzed by applying a certain voltage excitation.Compared with PZT-4 transducer,the sandwich PMNT transducer reduces the resonance frequency and increases the transmission voltage response.
