摘　　要：通用电路板测试与故障诊断系统是以VXI总线仪器为主,GPIB总线设备为辅的开放式架构的自动测试系统,能够对海军航空兵部队装备的多型电路板进行测试和故障诊断。在基于成熟测控软件平台的基础上开发测试程序集,通过可扩展的适配器完成不同类型电路板的测试适配,通过程序控制VXI/GPIB总线仪器资源,自动完成电路板的功能、性测试和故障诊断。The general circuit board test and fault diagnosis system is an automatic test system with open architecture,which is mainly based on VXI bus instrument and supplemented by GPIB bus equipment.It can test and diagnose the various circuit boards equipped by naval air force.The system develops test assemblies on the basis of mature measurement and control software platform,completes test adaption of different types of circuit boards through extensible adapters,and controls instrument resources of VXI/GPIB bus through programs to automatically complete function,testing and fault diagnosis of circuit boards.
