摘  要:为研究某矿山在预留厚20 m水平矿柱条件下能否保证大面积连续地下开采时的矿岩稳定,建立水平矿柱受力模型,进而推导出基于尖点突变理论的水平矿柱失稳判据,开展ANSYS数值模拟研究,提出水平矿柱稳定系数的评价指标,对水平矿柱的稳定性进行分析。结果表明:水平矿柱失稳与否,取决于矿柱的材料性质和留设尺寸,以及下部充填体的材料性质,且水平地应力是决定矿柱稳定的关键外部因素;水平矿柱第一主应力为-4.2^-33.2 MPa,未出现应力集中及失稳破坏;第三主应力与等效主应力的极值作用于Ⅶ盘区,矿柱各盘区稳定性较高,稳定系数均超过1.4。在预留厚20 m水平矿柱的条件下,矿柱能保持稳定,可确保矿山安全高效开采,研究结果可为同类型矿山提供指导。In order to study whether a certain mine could guarantee the stability of the large-area continuous mining in the presence of a reserved 20 m-thick horizontal pillar,the horizontal pillar s stress model was established,and then the criteria of horizontal pillar failure based on cusp catastrophe theory was deduced,ANSYS numerical simulation study was carried out,the evaluation index of the stability coefficient of the horizontal pillar was proposed,and the stability of the horizontal pillar was analyzed.The result shows that the stability of the horizontal pillar depends on the material properties and geometric dimensions set for the pillar,as well as the material property of the lower filling body,and the horizontal ground stress is a key external factor on the stability of the horizontal pillar;the first principal stress of the horizontal pillar is in the range of-4.2--33.2 MPa,and there is no possibility of stress concentration and tensile failure;the maximum value of the third principal stress and the equivalent principal stress appears in the Ⅶ panel,and the horizontal pillar stability coefficient exceeds 1.4,indicating high pillar stability.In the presence of reserved 20 m-thick horizontal pillar,the pillar can keep stable,which ensures safe and efficient mining in mines.The research results can provide guidance for similar mines.
