摘  要:以锡铁山铅锌矿通风系统优化工程为研究背景,对矿山通风系统进行优化。通过现场调查监测与分析,提出3种通风系统优化方案。综合考虑通风阻力、安装设计费及工程量等因素,最终确定选择3142 m、3055 m平硐及斜坡道进风38勘探线、03勘探线、035勘探线风井回风地表抽出式通风方案为本次通风系统改造优化方案。优化工程完成后经实际参数测量,通风系统得到很大改善,风量达到设计要求,改善了井下作业条件,为矿山带来了十分可观的经济效益和社会效益,同时也为其他有通风难题的矿山提供了宝贵的经验。The paper takes the ventilation system optimization project of Xitieshan Lead-Zinc Mine as the research subject,and optimizes the mine ventilation system.Based on field investigation,survey and analysis,3 ventilation system optimization plans are put forward.With comprehensive consideration of ventilation resistance,installation design cost and construction workload,the ventilation system optimization plan is decided to be the surface extraction type ventilation system plan where the air intakes are 3142 m,3055 m adits and ramp,air flow is extracted from the No.38,03 and 035 exploration line air shafts.Actual ventilation parameters are measured after the project is completed,showing that the ventilation system is significantly improved,the air volume meets the design criteria,and the underground working conditions are improved.The project creates considerable economic and social benefits for the mine,and at the same time provides valuable experience to the other mines confronting ventilation problems.
