我国“五计学”对知识产权方法的借鉴与应用研究

摘　　要：为充分利用"五计学"的方法论意义,探究其对知识产权方法创新的影响,丰富知识产权方法论研究,文章基于CNKI数据库,利用总体趋势分析、共词分析和社会网络分析等方法,探究我国"五计学""知识产权"交集文献的热点,利用内容分析法对高频关键词进行具体分析,深入挖掘我国"五计学"对知识产权方法的借鉴与应用情况。The purpose of the paper is to make full use of the significance of the methodology of the"five-metrics",explore its influences on intellectual property methods innovation,and enrich the research of intellectual property methodology.Based on the CNKI database,the paper explores the hot spots of the intersection of"five-metrics"and"intellectual property rights"in China by using the methods of general trend analysis,co-word analysis and social network analysis,as well as uses the content analysis method to analyze the high-frequency keywords in detail,and deeply excavates the reference and application of"five-metrics"on intellectual property methods in China.
