摘　　要：2020年是我国"十三五"规划的收官之年,文章依据"十三五"时期全国公共图书馆事业发展的主要目标,客观评价了"十三五"时期宁夏回族自治区公共图书馆服务体系的建设水平,提出了进一步健全和完善"十四五"时期宁夏回族自治区公共图书馆服务体系建设的意见和建议。The year 2020 is the final year of the 13 th five-year plan for economic and social development of the People’s Republic of China.According to the development objectives of the public libraries in the 13 th five-year plan,the paper objectively evaluates the construction level of the public libraries service system in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region during the period of the 13 th five-year plan,and makes the suggestions to sound and perfect the public libraries service system in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.
