摘　　要：制造企业自动化程度提高,需要更多专业人才。课程体系是人才培养的载体。分析区域经济发展需求、自动化人才现状,结合“一体两翼”能力体系要求,优化课程设置,构建“四位一体”互融式课程体系、递进式实践体系、产教融合协同育人平台,多维度培养人才。The improvement of automation degree of manufacturing enterprises requires more professional talents,and the curriculum system is the carrier of talent training.This thesis analyzes the demand of regional economic development and the current situation of automation talents,optimizes the curriculum setting in combination with the requirements of the ability system of“one body,two wings”,and constructs a four-in-one integrated curriculum system,a progressive practice system,and a collaborative education platform for integration of production and education so as to cultivate talents in multiple dimensions.
