摘　　要：根据镇江市跨境电子商务协会会员单位所需人才特征,分析高职院校的人才供给,寻找政府、跨境电子商务协会、企业和学校的共同利益点,通过建设兼职教师资源库、共享校内外资源、筹建跨境电子商务职业教育集团等方式共同培养人才。Based on the characteristics of talents required by the member units of Zhenjiang cross border E-Commerce Association,this thesis analyzes the talent supply of higher vocational colleges to find the common interests of the government,cross-border e-commerce associations,enterprises and schools.Talents are jointly cultivated by building a pool of part-time teaching faculty resources,sharing resources inside and outside the school,and preparing to build cross-border e-commerce vocational education group.
