摘　　要：学术期刊编辑职业道德素养直接关系期刊发展与学术道德规范。分析近年来学术期刊编辑在职业道德素养方面存在的问题,建议从以下方面提升学术期刊编辑的职业道德素养:提高编辑职业自律,增强社会责任感;精益求精,力争成为学者型编辑;强化服务意识,甘于奉献;增强创新意识,与时俱进;培养人文精神,传承优秀文化。The professional ethics of academic journal editors is directly related to journal development and academic ethics.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the professional ethics of academic journal editors in recent years,and proposes improvement in the professional ethics of academic journal editors in the following aspects:improve their professional self-discipline and enhance their sense of social responsibility;strive to become academic editors;strengthen service awareness and be willing to contribute;enhance innovation awareness and keep pace with the times;cultivate humanistic spirit,and inherit culture.
