摘  要:为建立适用于海上核动力平台的放射性废物管理策略及方案,根据平台的运行要求和“放射性废物最小化”原则,对放射性废物源项进行分析,确定了海上核动力平台放射性废物管理原则及目标,提出了放射性废液和废气就地处理、固体废物打包后送陆上基地处理的放射性废物管理的总体方案,并进一步明确废液、废气、固体废物处理的具体方案及工艺流程,然后对方案的技术可行性和技术难度进行了分析探讨,为海上核动力平台放射性废物管理提供了安全可行的方案,但尚有一些问题需要进一步研究。To establish a radioactive waste management strategy and plan suitable for the floating maritime nuclear power platform,the source items of radioactive waste were analyzed.The principles and objectives of radioactive waste management for offshore nuclear power platform are determined according to the operation requirements of the platform and the principles of radioactive waste minimization.Then,the general process route scheme of radioactive waste treatment for the maritime floating nuclear power platform was proposed.Furthermore,specific projects and process flow for liquid waste,gas waste and solid waste were clarified.Then feasibility and technical difficulty of radioactive waste treatment scheme were analyzed.Results show that the scheme,radioactive liquid waste and gas waste were disposed by shipborne integrated system,and radioactive solid waste was transferred to the onshore maintenance base after collection and storage on offshore floating platform,were feasible.This paper provides a safe and feasible scheme for radioactive waste management in offshore nuclear power platform,but there are still some problems to be further studied.
