摘 要:文章研究了pH值、酸类、温度和反应时间对浸出的影响。结果表明,Pb和Zn的浸出量均呈现出随着pH的减小,浸出量逐渐增大的规律;Pb在无机酸溶液中的浸出量大于在有机酸溶液中的浸出量,而Zn则在有机酸溶液中的浸出量大于在无机酸溶液中的浸出量;Pb和Zn均呈现出随着温度的升高,浸出量先增大后减小的规律;而反应时间对于元素的迁移影响较小。Pb、Zn浸出量的影响规律为pH>酸类>温度>反应时间,其中,Pb的最大浸出条件为盐酸溶液、pH=1、20℃、10 min,Zn的最大浸出条件为草酸溶液、pH=2、20℃、10 min。The effects of pH value,acid type,temperature and reaction time on element leaching were studied.The results showed that the leaching amount of Pb and Zn showed a law that the leaching amount gradually increased with the decrease of pH value.The leaching amount of Pb in inorganic acid solution was greater than that in organic acid solution,while the leaching amount of Zn in organic acid solution was greater than that in inorganic acid solution.Both Pb and Zn showed a law that the leaching amount first increased and then decreased with the increase of temperature,while the reaction time had little effect on the migration of elements.Pb,the influence of the amount of Zn leaching rule for pH>acid>temperature>reaction time,among them,the maximum leaching conditions of the Pb hydrochloric acid solution,pH=1,20℃,10 min,the largest Zn leaching conditions in oxalic acid solution,pH=2,20℃,10 min.Pb and Zn are highly mobile in vanadium titanium magnetite tailings,so it is suggested to strictly manage the use of the tailing leaching water and strengthen the publicity of the harm of the use of tailing water.
