摘  要:某工业园污水处理厂率先采用改进型曝气生物滤池作为二级生化处理工艺处理污水,当COD、BOD、氨氮、TN进水浓度分别在342~514 mg/L、177~251 mg/L、25~45 mg/L、50~70 mg/L范围内时,该改进型曝气生物滤池对相应指标的平均去除率分别为89.82%、91.17%、92.06%、75.38%,改进型曝气生物滤池可以达到高效降解有机物和去氮的目的。本厂最终出水水质满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级B标准。该工程单位总处理成本为0.93元/m^3,其中经营成本为0.83元/m^3。Industrial park sewage treatment plant was the first to use improved biological aerated filter as the main secondary biochemical treatment process for the sewage treatment.When the influent of COD,BOD,ammonia nitrogen and TN concentration were in the range of 342~514 mg/L,177~251 mg/L,25~45 mg/L and 50~70 mg/L,respectively,the average removal rates of the improved biological aerated filter were 89.82%,91.17%,92.06%,and 75.38%respectively.The improved biological aerated filter can achieve the purpose of high efficiency degradation of organic matter and nitrogen removal.The final effluent quality of the plant can meet the“urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard”(GB 18918-2002)level B standard.The total treatment cost of the project unit was 0.93 yuan/m^3,the operating cost was 0.83/m^3.
