摘 要:传统洁净气体灭火设备监测系统存在监测效果差,运行能耗高问题,提出基于物联网技术的洁净气体智能灭火设备状态监测系统设计。系统硬件包括灭火设备状态监测模块、集成控制模块、状态信息处理模块以及人机交互模块等。软件包括单片机程序初始化设计及洁净气体在灭火设备中用量等。结合ARM技术设计洁净气体智能灭火设备、状态监测系统,实现灭火设备状态监测系统设计。实验结果表明,设计洁净气体智能灭火设备状态监测系统运行时波动幅度较小,自动控制能力较强。The traditional monitoring system of clean gas fire extinguishing equipment has poor monitoring effect and high energy consumption in operation.The design of intelligent monitoring system of clean gas fire extinguishing equipment based on internet of things technology is proposed.The system hardware includes fire-fighting equipment status monitoring module,integrated control module,status information processing module and man-machine interaction module.The software includes single-chip microcomputer program initialization design and the amount of clean gas in the fire-extinguishing equipment.ARM technology was used to design intelligent fire-extinguishing equipment and condition monitoring system for clean gas,and the design of fire-extinguishing equipment condition monitoring system was realized.The experimental results show that the state monitoring system of intelligent fire-extinguishing equipment designed for clean gas has a small fluctuation range and strong automatic control ability.
