摘 要:将颗粒活性炭用金属离子负载改性后,分别采用Fenton法、微波法和Fenton-微波法对吸附了甲基橙的饱和改性活性炭进行再生,研究3种再生方法对改性活性炭再生效果的影响。实验结果表明:在n(H 2O 2)∶n(Fe^2+)=20∶1,H 2O 2投加量为2 mL,pH为4,反应时间为90 min时,Fenton法再生效率最高,其值可达75%;微波辐照再生时,设置微波功率700 W,微波时间为1.5 min,活性炭再生率最高,其值可达81%;Fenton-微波法在Fenton再生活性炭后,使用700 W微波辐照1.5 min再生率最佳,其值可达95.64%。Metal ions-modified granular activated carbon with saturate adsorption of methyl orange was regenerated by Fenton method,microwave method and Fenton-microwave method,respectively.The effects of these three methods on the regeneration of the modified activated carbon were studied.The results showed that the regeneration efficiency could reach a maximum value of 75%by Fenton method when the molar ratio of n(H 2O 2)∶n(Fe^2+)=20∶1,H 2O 2 was 2 mL,the pH was 4 and the reaction time was 60 min.When microwave method was utilized,its highest regeneration efficiency was 81%when the microwave power and the microwave time was 700 W 1.5 min,respectively.The Fenton-microwave method,which irradiated the activated carbon regenerated by Fenton method at 700 W for 1.5 min,could achieve a regeneration efficiency as high as 95.64%.
