摘 要:高能喷丸(HESP)处理具有比普通机械喷丸更高的能量,因此表面强化效果更好。笔者对304不锈钢板状试样进行高能喷丸强化处理,采用X射线洐射(XRD)方法分析了试样表层的金相组织和晶粒大小。对经高能喷丸处理的试样进行了慢应变速率拉伸腐蚀试验(SSRT),研究了喷丸压力和喷丸时间等工艺参数对304不锈钢应力腐蚀敏感性的影响。结果表明:304不锈钢板试样经高能喷丸处理后,在含氯离子溶液中的抗应力腐蚀开裂性能明显提高,随着喷丸压力增大(或喷丸时间的增加),试样应力腐蚀敏感性指数呈现先减小后增大的变化趋势。The shot peening energy of the high energy shot peening is higher than the ordinary mechanical peening,so it has better surface strengthening effect.In this work,304 stainless steels were treated by high energy shot peening,and the metallographic and grain size are analyzed by X-ray diffraction method.The effects of high energy shot peening process parameters on stress corrosion sensitivity of 304 stainless steels were studied by slow strain rate tensile tests.The results show that through the high energy shot peening,the stress corrosion resistance of 304 stainless steels in chlorine ion solution is increased obviously.With the shot peening pressure(or time)increased,the stress corrosion sensitivity of the specimen decreased first,and then increased.
