摘 要:目的:研究自动换膜装置各部分的结构设计及整体控制流程。方法:采用梯形加减速算法对自动换膜装置进行速度控制,通过接近开关传感器,对自动换膜装置进行位置判断和控制。结果:设计了存膜机构、取膜机构和废膜收集盒,搭建了一套能够实现滤膜自动更换的装置。结论:存膜机构能够存储30个滤膜组件,通过存膜机构、取膜机构和废膜收集盒的有效组合,实现了全自动的换膜。自动换膜装置提高了整个测量系统的自动化程度,避免了人工换膜对测量结果带来的误差,同时降低了作业人员的劳动强度,并且装置结构简单,工作可靠,更换滤膜位置准确。Aims:This paper studies the structural design and overall control process of each part of the automatic membrane changing device.Methods:The trapezoidal acceleration and deceleration algorithm was used to control the speed of the automatic membrane changing device;and the position of the automatic membrane changing device was judged and controlled through the proximity switch sensor.Results:The membrane storage mechanism,the membrane removal mechanism,and the waste membrane collection box were designed.And a set of devices that could automatically replace the membrane were built.Conclusions:The membrane storage mechanism can store 30 filter membrane modules;and the effective combination of the membrane storage mechanism,the membrane removal mechanism and the waste membrane collection box realizes full automatic membrane replacement.The automatic membrane changing device improves the automation of the entire measurement system,avoids the error caused by manual membrane replacement,and reduces the labor intensity of the operators.With a simple structure,the device is reliable,and realizes accurate membrane replacement.
