摘　　要：目的:研究评估地理信息标准的实施效果。方法:设计标准实施评估的指标体系模型,采用层次分析法AHP确定各指标的权重系数,通过专家综合打分得出评估分值。结果:对照评估等级划分表,该标准的实施情况为“良好”。结论:标准的质量较好,适用于行业内数据生产和共享,对数据生产时的质量和效率等方面有一定的改善作用,数据共享程度有所提升,但在培训宣贯上需要加强。此外还给出了评估后续工作开展的建议。Aims:This paper studies the effect of geographic information standard implementation.Methods:Firstly,The index system model for standard implementation evaluation was designed.AHP was used to determine the weight coefficient of each index.Then the evaluation score was calculated through the comprehensive scoring by experts.Results:According to the evaluation grade division table,the implementation of standard was“good”.Conclusions:The quality of the standard is good and suitable for data production and sharing in the industry.It has a certain effect on improving the quality and efficiency of data production.The degree of data sharing has increased;but the training needs to be strengthened.In addition,the paper has given some suggestions for the follow-up work of the evaluation.
