摘  要:采用液液萃取/固相萃取-气相色谱法测定水中6种酞酸酯类化合物,通过优化萃取条件发现,液液萃取时以10 mL二氯甲烷作为萃取剂、在酸性条件下萃取效果较好,固相萃取时使用C18固相萃取柱、以8 mL二氯甲烷作为洗脱剂、在pH为2的条件下萃取效果较好。按照优化后的萃取条件进行实验,液液萃取空白水样的加标回收率为60.6%~118.4%,实际水样的加标回收率为62.8%~120%;固相萃取空白水样的加标回收率为66.8%~120%,实际水样的加标回收率为66.8%~119%。six kinds of PAEs in water were determined by gas chromatography with the liquid liquid extraction/solid phase extraction in this research.The optimal conditions of extraction were discussed.The results showed that the liquid-liquid extraction effect was better when 10 mL dichloromethane was used as extractant under acidic conditions.The results showed that the solid phase extraction was better when using C18 solid phase extraction column and 8 mL dichloromethane was used as eluent under pH=2.The experiment was carried out according to the optimized extraction conditions.The standard recovery of blank water sample is 60.6%~118.4%and the standard recovery of actual water sample is 62.8%~120%by LLE.The standard recovery of blank water sample is 66.8%~120%and the standard recovery of actual water sample is 66.8%~119%by SPE.
