摘 要:针对C 4馏分各组分相对挥发度非常接近,分离难点大特点,采用反应精馏分离和萃取精馏集成的方法,使C 4馏分中的异丁烯得以充分利用,与甲醇反应获得高辛烷值的MTBE,提高了C 4馏分的综合利用率和经济附加值。同时给出了异丁烯和甲醇反应精馏过程的最佳工艺条件,在磺酸基离子交换树脂催化剂上,预反应器进口温度约50℃,出口温度约68℃,压力1.0MPa(绝压),烯醇比1∶1.10,反应精馏塔进口温度约70℃,塔顶温度65℃,塔釜温度138℃,回流温度56℃,反应压力约0.9MPa(绝压),空速3h^-1。反应结果是异丁烯单程转化率高于95%,MTBE的选择性达到98%以上,C 4分离过程的经济性提高200%以上。Considering that the relative volatilization of each component of C 4 fraction is very close and the separation is difficult,the method of reaction distillation separation and extraction distillation integration is adopted to make full use of isobutene in C 4 fraction and obtain MTBE with high octane value through reaction with methanol,which improves the comprehensive utilization rate and economic added value of C 4 fraction.And isobutylene is presented and the optimum process conditions of the reaction of methanol distillation process,on the sulfonic group ion exchange resin catalyst,advance the reactor inlet temperature is 50℃,the outlet temperature is about 68℃,pressure is 1.0 MPa(pabs),Molar ratio of butene to methanol is 1∶1.10,the inlet temperature is about 70℃,reaction rectification tower top temperature is 65℃,the tower kettle temperature is138℃,reflux temperature is 56℃,reaction pressure is 0.9 MPa(pabs),Space velocity is 3 h-1.The reaction results showed that the one-way conversion rate of isobutene was higher than 95%,the selectivity of MTBE was more than 98%,and the economy of C 4 separation process was improved by more than 200%.
