摘 要:为了提高承载能力,本文将波纹结构引入到船舶水润滑尾轴承中,建立了水润滑波纹轴承流固耦合模型,给出了有限差分法和有限元法相结合的润滑模型求解方法,仿真分析了不同波纹个数、幅值比对轴承承载和润滑性能的影响规律,给出了波纹参数优化建议。研究结果表明:不同于轻载波纹轴承,重载(高偏心率)水润滑波纹轴承静态特性取决于波纹个数与幅值比的共同作用;在波纹优化下出现弹性变形后,波纹轴承的波峰上升区域会对轴承产生变形补偿,从而使轴承产生更优的润滑性能;相反地,波纹轴承波谷的下降区域会对轴承动压润滑产生消极作用。针对本文算例水润滑尾轴承,偏心率在0.8时其最优化选择的波纹个数为6,幅值比为0.12。In order to improve the bearing capacity,the wave structure is introduced into the ship water-lubricated stern bearing.The fluid-solid coupling model of a water-lubricated wave bearing is established.A lubrication model solving method combining finite difference method and finite element method is given.The influence of different wave number and amplitude ratio on bearing load performance and lubrication performance is analyzed and recommendations for optimization of wave parameters are given.The results show that:(1)unlike those of the light-loaded wave bearings,the static characteristics of heavy load(high eccentricity)water-lubricated wave bearings depend on the combination of the wave number and the amplitude ratio;(2)the peaks of the wave bearings with wave optimization will rise after the elastic deformation occurs;(3)the deformation compensation improves the lubrication performance of the bearing while the falling area of the wave bearing trough has a negative effect on the dynamic lubrication of the bearing.For the water-lubricated stern bearing used in this paper,the eccentricity is 0.8,the optimum wave number is 6,and the amplitude ratio is 0.12.
