摘 要:P91钢属于第二相粒子强化钢,其幂律蠕变本构关系中包含门槛应力,广泛应用于船舶与深海工程高温结构构件中。为了更好地预测P91钢的蠕变裂纹扩展,本文修正了通用电气/电力研究所(GE/EPRI法)用于估算具有门槛应力的幂律蠕变材料P91钢的C^*值,得出了相应HRR应力场的估算方法,并采用有限元分析验证它们的准确性。研究结果表明:修正的GE/EPRI法能准确估算具有临界应力的幂律蠕变材料P91钢的C^*值,其中无量纲参数h1会受到门槛应力的影响,得出的HRR应力场估算方法具有较高的精度,可为高温结构钢构件的安全评定和寿命预测奠定理论基础。As the second phase particle reinforced steel whose power law creep constitutive relation contains threshold stress,P91 steel is widely applied to high temperature structural components in the ship and deepsea engineering.In order to better predict the creep crack growth of P91 steel,the GE/EPRI method was revised in this paper to estimate C^*value of P91 steel with threshold stress,and an estimation method for calculating HRR stress field was obtained.Then their accuracy was verified by finite element method.The research results show that the modified GE/EPRI method can accurately estimate C^*value of P91 steel with critical stress,and the non-dimensional parameter h1 of the modified GE/EPRI method is affected by threshold stress.The method for calculating HRR stress field has a high accuracy,laying a theoretical basis for the safety assessment and lifetime prediction of steel components in high temperature structures.
