摘 要:随着国家精准扶贫政策的逐步实施,西北偏远区域的供电可靠性亟须进一步提升,但是配电风沙故障直接降低了这些区域的供电可靠性。以新疆区域风沙灾害历史时空数据为基础,结合配电线路绝缘子故障数据以及风沙预报,建立了配电线路风险评估模型,选择新疆区域典型配电线路进行了风险评估,该评估值与走廊地理环境、风沙历史数据以及绝缘子故障数据等参数相关。通过分析,建议提升配电线路设备性能、优化灾后修复策略和接入分布式电源等手段,来降低新疆风沙灾害配电故障风险。As the targeted poverty alleviation policy is under gradual execution in China,power supply reliability in remote northwest region should be to further enhance,but sandstorm faults of the distribution have reduced the reliability in these areas.Based on historical data of wind and sandstorm disasters in Xinjiang,combined insulator fault data of distribution line and the prediction,distribution line risk assessment model is established in this work.Typical distribution lines of the feature regions are selected for risk assessment.The assessment values are related to parameters such as corridor geographical environment,historical wind-sand data and fault data of insulators.Improving the performance of distribution line equipment,optimizing strategy of post-disaster restoration and accessing distributed power supply are proposed to reduce distribution fault caused by sandstorms in Xinjiang.
