摘　　要：智慧社会是人类集成运用互联网、物联网和人工智能技术构建的一种以“智慧管理器”为中介系统的智能化社会活动场域和自主回应型社会运行样态。根据社会一词的不同所指,智慧社会呈现出不同的样貌特征:在“大社会”即人类社会语境下,智慧社会体现为社会演化进程中的总体样貌;在“小社会”语境下,社会是“国家与社会”二分、“政治—经济—社会”三分以及“五位一体”中的一部分,而智慧社会可具体化为与不同用法相对应的特定样态;在“域社会”即有限意义域语境下,智慧社会主要指以网络为依托的“智慧网络”和以项目为中心的“智慧项目”。关于智慧社会的理论难点主要有三个:智慧社会是不是一种新的社会类型,“智慧管理器”能否成为责任主体以及智慧社会如何治理。Intelligent society is a kind of intelligent social activity field and autonomous response Hve social operation state constructed by human integrating Internet,Internet of Things and artificial intelligence technology,with“intelligent manager”as the intermediary system.According to the different meanings of the word“society”,the intelligent society presents different appearance characteristics:in the context of the“Big society”,that is,human society,the intelligent society reflects the overall appearance in the process of social evolution;in the context of“small society”,society is a part of“state and society”,“politics-economy-society”and“five-inone”,while the intelligent society can be concretized into specific forms corresponding to different usages.In the context of“domain society”,that is,limited meaning domain,the intelligent society mainly refers to the“intelligent network”based on network and the“intelligent project”centered on project.There are three main theoretical difficulties about the intelligent society:is the intelligent society a new type of society,whether the“intelligent manager”can become the subject of responsibility and how to govern the intelligent society?
