摘  要:近年来,越来越多获得绿色建筑标识的住宅走进了民众的生活,但其中一些住宅并没有让住户感受到与一般住宅有什么不同,其品质在设计上还有许多有待提升的空间。住宅工程量大面广,使用周期长,做好住宅的绿色设计,对减少能耗,提升居住质量有着显著的影响。文章以某常用的标准户型为例,对其进行分析并做改进,提出绿色住宅应做到“被动式技术优先、主动式技术优化补充”。绿色住宅要让民众切实感受到绿色设计所带来的好处。In recent years,more and more residential houses with GBDL(Green Building Design Label)have entered into people’s life,but some of them let residents feel nothing special over common residential houses.There are still large spaces to be improved on design with regard to their quality.Residential projects are featured with large quantities,large area and long service life,thus it can significantly reduce energy consumption and improve living quality that the green design of residential houses is well performed.The paper takes a common standard house type for example to carry out analysis and improvement,thus proposing green residential houses should be“given priority to passive techniques,and optimized and supplemented with active techniques”.Green residential houses should make the public be practically benefited from green design.
