存量规划背景下基于城市更新的城市公共开放空间营造研究

摘　　要：存量规划时代,各城市都不同程度地面临着城市公共开放空间供给不足,以及城市公共开放空间项目难以落实等问题。通过对城市公共开放空间的属性及空间构成进行分析,提出以城市更新为切入点,并进一步探讨城市更新中公共开放空间营造的动力机制、目标导向、政策及实施机制,为存量规划时代增加城市公共开放空间供给提供解决思路。In the era of inventory planning,various cities are faced with the problems of insufficient supply of urban public open space and the difficulty of implementing urban public open space projects.This paper analyzes the attributes and spatial composition of urban public open space,focus on urban renewal,and further discusses the dynamic mechanism,goal orientation,policy and implementation mechanism of public open space construction in urban renewal,so as to provide solutions for increasing the supply of urban public open space in the era of inventory planning.
