摘  要:柴油机高压共轨系统水击压力波动对多次喷射精度会产生较大影响.为了研究存在的瞬态三维效应,选用转捩SST物理模型,对高压共轨系统供油管路进行了三维流体力学模拟计算.仿真结果与试验曲线特性一致,数值的最大误差小于3%.结果表明:高压共轨系统水击压力波动过程中,油管内压力波动与流速波动周期相同,相位滞后π/2,衰减规律相似.高压油管内沿径向分布的流速大小和方向呈周期性变化,由于存在逆向流动阶段,使得径向流速分布呈现不同于常规流动的速度与管壁距离呈正比的阶段.在流动反向过程中,管壁附近的流速首先反向,流动反向完成后一定阶段内管壁附近的流速高于管中心的流速.Water hammer pressure wave has a significant impact on multiple injection accuracy in high pressure common rail system of diesel engines.In order to study the existing three-dimensional transient effects,the transition SST model was used to compute the three-dimensional hydrodynamics of the fuel supply lines of a high pressure common rail system.The simulation results are in agreement with the experimental curves and the accuracy of simulation was verified by the maximum error of less than 3%.The simulation results show that the pressure fluctuation has same period,similar attenuation law andπ/2 phase delay as the velocity fluctuation.The velocity distribution along the radial direction of the high pressure pipe varies periodically.Due to the existence of the reverse flow,the radial velocity distribution is different from the conventional flow in that the velocity is proportional to the distance between the pipe walls.In the reverse flow process,the velocity near the pipe wall first reverses,then the velocity near the pipe wall is higher than that at the center of the pipe after the reverse flow is fully formed.
