摘　　要：职业生涯规划教育是帮助大学生成长的重要途径,对大学生创新意识和创新能力的培养具有重要作用。目前大学生生涯规划教育存在课程配置不合理、缺乏“双创”精神融入、缺乏与社会资源的对接等问题。“双创”背景下,职业生涯规划必须与创新创业教育相结合,才能促使大学生对自身职业进行匹配规划,从而增强生涯规划教育的实效性,提升人才培养质量。As an important way to help college students grow up,career planning education plays an important role in cultivating college students'innovative consciousness and ability.The current career planning education for college students has problems such as unreasonable curriculum arrangement,lack of integration of the spirit of"innovation and entrepreneurship"and connection with social resources.Under the background of"innovation and entrepreneurship",career planning must be combined with innovation and entrepreneurship in order to promote the matching planning process between college students and their own careers,thereby enhancing the effectiveness of career planning education and improving the quality of talent training.
