中医药院校大学生人文素养培育的思考

摘　　要：人文素养是人们思想道德、情感、价值观等方面的集中表现,是人们综合素质的一部分。对于大学生而言,人文素养的培育是帮助其全面发展的重要组成部分,大学生思想政治教育、价值观教育、理想信念教育等都是培育大学生人文素养的重要举措。大学生人文素养的培育影响着大学生学习中华优秀传统文化的兴趣以及文化自信的树立,影响着高校校园文化建设,关乎大学生未来的成长成才。基于对大学生人文素养培育重要性的认知,应探索创新思政课实践教学模式,创新校园文化活动等形式,如通过开展党史国史知识竞赛、传统文化传承活动等方式培育大学生的人文素养,全面增强中医药院校大学生人文素养培育的效果。Humanistic quality is a concentrated expression of people's ideology,morality,emotion and values,and a part of people's comprehensive quality.For college students,the cultivation of humanistic quality is an important part to help them develop in an all-round way.Ideological and political education,values education,ideals and beliefs education are all important measures to cultivate the humanistic quality of college students.The cultivation of college students'humanistic quality affects their interest in learning Chinese excellent traditional culture and the establishment of cultural self-confidence.It also affects the construction of campus culture and the future growth of college students.Based on the recognition of the importance of the cultivation of college students'humanistic quality,this paper explores the innovation of the practical teaching mode of ideological and political courses,the innovation of campus cultural activities and other forms,such as the cultivation of college students'humanistic quality through the Party history and national history knowledge competition,traditional cultural heritage activities and other ways,so as to comprehensively improve the effect of the cultivation of college students'humanistic quality.
