摘 要:为研究烟草打叶工艺过程中烟叶在打叶机内运动状态,通过建立烟叶、打叶机的几何模型,并利用离散元方法对打叶工艺过程进行数值模拟,将打叶机内部的打叶过程转化为可观测的数字化模型。结果表明:利用离散元方法的数值仿真的破碎效果结果与实际采样的烟叶破碎效果相似,为烟叶打叶复烤过程数字化生产研究提供了一种有效可行的数值模拟方法。In order to study the movement state of tobacco leaves in the threshing machine during tobacco leafing process,the geometric model of the tobacco leaf and the threshing machine was established,and the process of threshing was numerically simulated by the discrete element method.The threshing process inside the threshing machine transformed into an observable digital model.The results show that the numerical simulation results using the discrete element method are consistent with the actual sampling of the broken tobacco leaves,which can provide an effective and feasible numerical simulation method for the digital production of tobacco leaf re-baking process.
