摘 要:针对撕碎机的动刀尺寸优化问题,利用多学科设计优化软件,通过SolidWorks对动刀进行参数化建模并定义全局变量,利用Ansys-Workbench对动刀进行前、后处理,对其进行静力学分析。用优化分析软件Isight集成Ansys Workbench,建立尺寸优化分析仿真平台。Isight软件中采用优化分析模块的数值优化算法-序列二次规划法进行分析,使动刀在承受较大应力和变形的情况下,对动刀的厚度和刀尖角度进行优化分析,从结果分析中可以看出,优化后的尺寸小于初始值,已满足了动刀的轻量化设计要求。Aiming at the size optimization of moving knife of shredder,the multi-disciplinary design optimization software was used to conduct parametric modeling of moving knife and define global variables through SolidWorks.ANSYS-Workbench was used to conduct pre-and post-processing and solution analysis of moving knife,and the optimization analysis software Isight was integrated with ANSYS Workbench to establish the size optimization analysis simulation platform.The numerical optimization algorithm of the optimization analysis module-sequential quadratic programming method was adopted in Isight software for analysis,so that the thickness of the operating tool and the angle of the tool tip can be optimized and analyzed under the condition of large stress and deformation.From the analysis of the results,it can be seen that the design requirements of lightening the knife have been met.
